If we concentrate on our own inner connection of our heart completely with out judgment we can and connecting  us back home to ourself we can be free of doubt, fear, anger, grief, guilt, regret and shame. 

External influence constantly build the above mentioned as we live in our head and EGO. 

Our past experiences make us waiver and fluctuate. If we learn to slow down to sit to breath, connect inwards to our heart on a regular basis... there will be no need to compare, judge others and ourselves as we become happy with all we are. 

Concentrating on the lotus of the heart regularly gives us a view of our limitless possibilities. 

Our past experiences are lessons to help us to grow. 

Stop judging yourself and start loving the beautiful being you are. 

YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR OWN WORLD , you have an ability to transform and redesign that world! 

When you realise this you don’t need to get entangled so much in the outer world but start to enjoy it instead.

When we get on our mat and do the physical poses w When we get on our mat and do the physical poses we don’t always connected with the other changes that happened in our body and mind. 

Many people rock up to classes and wait to be told what to do. I get that sometimes I need that too. At some point we need to take in the information and allow it penetrate the layers of our body. 

As you progress your yoga journey I encourage you to explore the inner chat, your inner critic whilst trying to attempt the poses.  Are you coming at it from a place of  EGO or a more mindful attachment to yourself. 

Yoga teaches us to allow yourself to fall out of poses so we can learn what needs to be done and become stronger. When we explore the wider aspects of yoga there’s a whole world you have denied yourself because you kept yourself in the boundaries of the mind. 

Come and step out of the boundaries of the mind and physically body with me on the mat. 

My passion is helping you engage with the current physical limitations which come from your mind, and to help you build strength so you have stability to blossom and grow.

Join me this Friday in a workshop to Release and reset. We will be working on the upper back an shoulder area using some deep breathing techniques, deeply restorative supported poses and a guided meditation for further relaxation. Let go while I support and guide you with breathing techniques with restorative poses which we will hold to release what is unwanted in our mind and body. 

I’ll provide you with some journaling prompts to reset you back home to yourself. 

Come and be looked after by me as I guide you through some well needed rest and recuperation. 

If you can’t make it but would like a recording of the session, just book your place as normal to receive it after the session to do in your own time.

Making conscious connections on the mat help you become more in tune with your body and mind off the mat. 

When we allow ourselves to be connected we notice our state of being. We allow a space for ourselves to notice our emotionally state and  we can recognise in our body the effects it has on us. 

Being more conscious and present requires a great deal of effort it’s not easy and we need to be consistent. 

Once we get this consistency of showing up on our mat we really start to shift the energy within as we become more consciously aware. 🙏

I want this place to be a place where you can show up as you... stripped back of all beliefs and worries, just you,  no expectations,  you just being you.

Early morning options to join our Rise & Shine club 6:45-7:45am 1,2 or 3 mornings a week to set up your day. 

Monday night 6-7pm 

Tuesday mornings 9:30-10:45am & Evenings 7-8:15pm

 Thursdays evenings 6-7:15pm 

Monthly meditation nights on a Friday this month is 8th Jan 7:30-8:30pm 

Personal coaching via zoom available too.
