Wellbeing Weekends & Days
What are they?
With a focus on life coaching, movement, meditation and Yoga as whole, our Wellbeing offerings are a series of one-day and two-day getaways, which take place out in the elements at the purpose-built retreat venue, The Haybergill Centre in Cumbria (two-day residential ) and at various locations for our Wellbeing Days.
As well as being an opportunity to get away from it all, our Wellbeing offering is a perfect opportunity to go deeper into what yoga is from the posture onwards, to understand the power of our movement and its healing effect we help you connect to a more mindful approach to living through your body and mind. They are also a fantastic opportunity to eat well, enjoy good company, taking time outside to really get you back to nature.
Walks, reading, talking with new friends, and even a nap or two are all encouraged, and should you wish to get involved, there will be workshops, movement sessions and philosophy talks planned into your retreat to enable you to refocus your mind as well as realign your body. Put simply, our retreats from The Yoga Place North are somewhere you can press pause and relax. You can detox your mind, nourish your body, and connect with yourself.
