Our minds our ‘hard-wired’ for negativity! The belief systems that we create and the compelling stories that we tell ourselves about our lives are often not very helpful to us and our minds have a tendency to ‘pull’ us down blind alleys!
Help is at hand!The solution is to shift your thinking!
The yoga sutras are here to help us to do just that. Patanjali tells us how to eliminate the self- defeating properties of the mind. With the help of the road map that Patanjali provides us with we can remedy what isn’t helpful to us. We can learn, through yoga, and it’s related practices tocultivate a totally different mindset and live our lives to our full potential.
In this session we will be working with concentration. We will look at how to bring contemplative practics into our lives. A practical guide to managing your mind.
