An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until 2nd April 2019
Tuesday Evenings 6:30pm – 8:00pm . This class is for beginners and those who have had less than 12 months experience of Yoga. Beginners work in a basic way on poses which will help build awareness through the body, stamina, strength and mobility. Leading them to be more mindful and improve their posture.
1.5 hours Introduction Yoga course
