An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until 21st May 2019
Tuesday Evenings 6:30pm- 8:00pm. This class is for beginners and those who have had less than 12 months experience of Yoga. Beginners work in a basic way on poses which will help build awareness through the body, stamina, strength and mobility. Leading them to be more mindful and improve their posture.
Once the course has started you can book on but you will need to contact Janine to arrange payment and cost.
