An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Monday, repeating until 15th July 2019
Monday Introductory 6:00pm-7:00pm. This class is for beginners and those who have had less than 12 months experience of Yoga. Beginners work in a basic way on poses which will help build awareness through the body, stamina, strength and mobility. Leading them to be more mindful and improve their posture.
