    Description : Natural Movement matters This is a unique concept - it is a muscle releasing technique which takes muscles which have not worked well as they could do in the past and helps them to regain their full range of movement, therefore  allowing you to move with out pain and more freely. This course is open to everyone, pregnancy, post natal, if your in pain, if you just want to move with move ease, if you training need to be released of muscular tension small group sessions 7 weeks £63

Post Natal Series

    Description :

    Learn the '4 Essentials' on how to truly heal your body after birth. Release the aches and pains you might be experiencing due to changes in your body and the endless feeding regimes.  Discover why your sleep deprived body needs you to slow down and how you can reconnect to your stomach muscles without another sit up ever again.

    Explore simple ways to add more movement into your day so that you move freely and strengthen your body.Enjoy 8 weeks of education, movement and relaxation designed for where you are right now in your postnatal body.  Suitable from 6 - 8 weeks after giving birth.  Babies are welcome to come along with you, you will be free to feed and change as needed, and although they will be with us they won't be used as part of the class (your postnatal body will thank us for this).

  • Weekend Yoga Retreat: 2-4th November 2018 on 9th Mar 2018 5:30:pm, at Heybergill

    Description :   This is an opportunity for anyone wanting to experience not just one but two great teachers with a wealth of knowledge and experience. There will be something for all abilities and preferences. Expect the weekend to be filled with a fun and friendly approach towards postures whilst also adding a little challenge to each session. There will be static postures to find your alignment and strength and a playful Vinyasa or two to allow flow and freedom. The weekend will feature a wide variety of postures to suit everyone’s needs and will be suitable for beginners to the more experienced yogi. In addition to the physical practice of asana, there will also be plenty of inner refection time, an outdoor walk and a daily morning practice of meditation, pranayama, relaxation and discussions on the philosophy of yoga and applying it to daily life. Fees: £285.00 per person. Payment needed in full. If a single room is required please add an extra £45.00 pp and state preferred option when booking in the comments section.
